Our Procedures and Polices


Manufacturer's Warranty: All Clamp 'n Stake products are warranted against factory defects for 90 days. If your product is found to be defective by the manufacturer than at manufactures option the defective product will be replaced or a refund will be issued.

Privacy Statement: Clamp 'n Stake will never provide, sell, give, transfer or release your personal information to any third party including credit information, name, address, phone number and E-Mail. We are committed to maintaining your privacy.

Defective and Damaged Product from Shipping: The Clamp 'n Stake product is made from rugged high impact materials and should not be damaged in shipping. In the unlikely event you have received damaged or defective merchandise it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 days of delivery of your order. At our discretion we will exchange or refund your order. No order shall be exchanged or receive a refund without a Return Authorization Number. You must contact us by E-Mail using our "Contact Us" form found on our web site. Please fill the form out properly and provide us with as much information as possible so we may expedite your claim. We will then E-Mail you back a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your returned product in order for us to service your claim. You are responsible for the cost of freight to return your product. Do not send it freight collect as it will be refused.

30 Day Return Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us and we will happily refund your money under the following conditions. Our refund policy does not cover product for improper usage, neglect, wind damage, other acts of nature or any commercial applications. A refund will only be issued if the product is returned in its original packaging and the original packaging and parts are sellable as new condition. Any charges from UPS or the shipper for returned packages as refused shall first be deducted from the credit to be issued. No order shall receive a refund without a Return Authorization Number. You must contact us by E-Mail using our "Contact Us" form found on our web site. Please fill the form out properly and provide us with as much information as possible including your Order/Invoice # so we may expedite your return and refund. We will then E-Mail you back a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your returned product in order for us to refund your money. You are responsible for the cost of freight to return your order. Do not send it freight collect as it will be refused.

Shipping and Delivery: We exclusively use UPS for all our shipments. We ship only in the continental USA. We offer the most popular and economical Ground Service which typically takes no more than 5 business days to ship your order across the Country from time your order leaves our warehouse. If you are in a Rush we also offer 3 day shipping and 1 day overnight for your convience. All Rush orders will ship no later than the next business day. All standard ground service orders will be shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse. All shipping cost includes handling, packaging and other associated costs.

Payments and Security: For your protection and security your order will be processed through Pay Pal. They except every major credit card and provide you with the best all around security and protection for your order.

Return Shipping Address: All shipments sent back must be pre-approved accompanied with a Return Authorization Number and sent Freight Pre-Paid to:
